One.Thirteen is actually a date. My wife and I wed on a Friday the Thirteenth in January. It’s always been good luck for us and this was just an extension of that. I happen to love the look of the combination of numbers or letters and it can be used in a variety of ways for advertising and branding so I went FULL SEND with it.

One.Thirteen is an edgy brand that values consumer experience over profit. I want to use this brand as a creative outlet for ideas that I think are unique and push the boundaries of fashion in different areas.

While doing this, it’s also important that I do it in an environmentally conscious way. We live in a world of excess and, admittedly, my products are completely unnecessary to buy. Because of this it was important that all my packaging be sustainable. I chose to use aluminum tins for individual packages because they’re not only reusable but they’re also recyclable. All boxes that I ship out in have been chosen because the vender I buy them from claims they’re biodegradable.

Popcorn is a great alternative to shipping peanuts that is not only a renewable and sustainable resource but it’s also completely biodegradable — or you can eat it. My father loved popcorn so this was a great tie in for me while keeping our goal of not creating more waste than absolutely necessary while enjoying this passion for creating.

Any products purchased from us have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will take back anything that has not been damaged within 7 days of delivery to you. You will be responsible for shipping back the original containers that all products came in. A refund will be supplied after we have received the original products back and confirmed that the products and original containers can be reused or resold. If the products are damaged, we will consider partial refund on a case by case basis.

We ship out in a box using USPS First class for the majority of our transactions within the United States. We ship UPS Standard 3 day to Canada.

For now, we’re working based on Flat Rates to each territory. $7 US and $20 CA. This is a work in progress and we will adjust pricing up or down in the future based on true cost averages as our company grows.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your package to be delivered to the courier. It will likely be faster but if you purchase on a Friday night it may not make it to the post office until Monday. Thank you for understanding.
